I like my classes to be small and intimate, but there is minimum number of students is required for certain classes and workshops. Exchange and learning from other students is invaluable to the experience. In addition, there are often fixed costs associated with renting a venue.

One week to ten days prior to the scheduled class or workshop, I reconfirm that the class or workshop will be held as planned, provide additional logistical information and send out class materials.

• Cancellations made three weeks prior to the class or workshop, are refundable.
• Cancellations made two weeks prior to the class or workshop, are not refundable, but students receive full credit toward another class or workshop. These changes are subject to a $35 administrative fee.
• Cancellations made within one week or less of the class or workshop are not refundable, nor will the student receive credit. I'm sorry to impose this penalty, but there are venue fees and the possibility that a small class or workshop would need to be cancelled for all students when one cancellation is made at this late stage.

I'm sorry but I cannot offer refunds, unless I cancel mini workshops (1 to 2 hours in length) or Reiki Shares. I incur costs whether the share is held or not. Note also that I do not necessarily follow DC or Montgomery County weather closures. Contact me/Starchaser before 12 noon on the day of the Share if you're need to confirm the status of the share.
